- Their material density and optimal thickness (approximately 1 cm) prevent dust from becoming trapped.
- To keep your rug beautiful and soft for a long time, we recommend vacuuming it regularly on a gentle setting, without a rotating brush, at a maximum power of 600 watts.
- Our rugs are handmade, and at first, small excess fibers of organic cotton may come loose from the rug (this is known as shedding). Gently and regularly vacuuming will make this shedding disappear.
- If a stain occurs, start by absorbing as much of it as possible with a clean cloth or paper towel. Then dab it with water and soap. You can also use commercial cleaning products: Marseille soap cleaners or standard stain removers for rugs or carpets.
- Be careful not to scrub or wash it with lots of water, as this could damage your rug.
- If necessary after a few years, you can also have it professionally cleaned.
